South Mountain Radio Amateurs

There is a Laurel VEC exam being held at Trinity High School, 3601 Simpson Ferry Rd, Camp Hill.

Exam time is 9:45am and you must pre-register.  There is no charge for Laurel VEC administered tests.

The test is coordinated by our friend Sean Barnes, N3JQ, who can be reached at (717) 579-6543.

There is a Laurel VEC exam being held at the Dauphin County EOC (lower level), 911 Gibson Blvd, Steelton, PA. Gibson Blvd is off of 19th street near UPS.

Exam time is 9:00am and walk-ins are allowed. There is no charge for Laurel VEC administered tests.

The test is coordinated by our friends at HRAC (Harrisburg Radio Amateurs Club).

General club meeting for all members and guests at 7p at the Cumberland County Office of Emergency Preparedness in the basement of the Cumberland County Prison, 1101 Claremont Road, Carlisle. Meet at 6:30p in the parking lot. Talk in on any of the repeaters if you need help finding us.

If we’ve already gone inside, you can come downstairs. Once downstairs, pickup the telephone to tell them you’re attending the SMRA meeting–they will buzz you in the door. We meet in the Situation Room a few doors down on the right.
